How We Deliver Your Order
Welcome to Seconds Out Fight Store. We’d like to start by saying everything you see on our website (unless specified) is physically in stock in our UK depot. We do not use 3rd party distributors to dropship our products. So rest assured when you see the ‘In Stock’ message on our website, it means that product is physically in stock, and ready to ship instantly. Therefore meaning less hassle, less delays, less issues. Overall a quick, fast, reliable delivery service!
Packaging
Lets talk our most popular items; Boxing Gloves & Boxing Foots. All these items are sent in a double wall cardboard box. This is great not only for the environment but helps ensure your new boots/gloves don’t get crushed in the post. This can often happen when using a cheap mailing bag. We want your new gear to arrive in perfect condition! There may be occasions where we use a quality mailing bag made from recycled materials to send smaller items like hand wraps or mouth guards.
UK Customers
Our main delivery partner is Parcelforce. On occasion we may use Royal Mail or APC. Your order is sent on a tracked service so you can keep an eye on your order every step of the way. On the day of delivery Parcelforce will send a text or email to confirm a 1 hour time window. Please note if you are in remote areas of the UK or Northern Ireland there may be additional costs to send your order. This cost will be provided at checkout before you finalise your order. For standard UK mainland customers delivery costs are,

Please note we use Parcelforce as they are a reliable delivery partner. After your order leaves the shop, it’s Parcelforce responsibility to delivery the goods so on the rare occasions where there is a delay we recommend contacting Parcelforce direct to ensure your query is handled instantly.
International Customers
International orders are sent via our delivery partner DHL. This is a fast, reliable service which ensure no 3rd party is involved when your order arrives in it’s destination country. Every order is fully tracked every step of the way so you can look out for your delivery arriving. For accurate delivery quote on your order please follow the checkout process as costs will be determined based on the weight of your order, and the country it is being delivered to. Please note you are only charged what we get charged. We do not make any profit on delivery costs.
In terms of customs charges, this is some decided by each countries local customs depots. If applicable the payment is made to DHL, for DHL to pay the local customs depot. Unfortunately this is the customers responsibility to pay for as it’s something completely out with our control.
